Implementing an Operational Review Process for Offices & Programs Abroad

Implementing an Operational Review Process for Offices & Programs Abroad

September 20, 2022 from 2:15 pm to 3:00 pm

We put a lot of trust in personnel abroad to be good stewards of our resources when managing offices and running study abroad programs abroad. Much like how internal audits make the rounds on campus to ensure we have the proper controls in place and that resources are being spent as they are intended, have you ever considered implementing an operational review abroad? In this session, you’ll hear from two different institutions that are implementing such processes from home and in person.

Presenters:

Denise Gardiner – Director of Finance & Administration, Indiana University

Tami Jauert – Human Resource Director, University of Minnesota

Missy Peterson – Director of Finance & Operations, University of Minnesota
